As a long-term athlete, ex-professional dancer, and movement and Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience — I bring everything I know directly to your home.

In the form of a fusion of the methods I base my work on: classical Pilates, functional movement, breathing and regulation work — and when needed, hands-on release and massage techniques.

An individual approach to help restore strength and function in your body — meeting you where you are.

About Veronika

Health Angel was born out of necessity.

After 40 years working in studios — from dance halls, to gyms, to high-end Pilates spaces — and years of intensive work with people navigating neurological conditions, I kept seeing the same gap. Between the people who genuinely need support and what is actually offered out there. And between the people whose schedules are so demanding that one more appointment only means more stress — and still not getting what they actually need.

Health Angel became the answer to that gap.

Veronika started dancing at the age of 7, trained at a Russian ballet academy, and performed at the Munich Opera, Lisbon Opera, and Geneva Opera. After her dance career, she transitioned into her second life as a movement educator — training in Romana's classical Pilates, and over the years expanding into functional movement, somatic movement, breathing and regulation work, massage therapy, and yoga.
